1 Year Pics!

One year ago today I was VERY IMPATIENTLY awaiting the arrival of my overdue baby boy! Nothing could have prepared me for the way this kid would change my life. He has been such a blessing and I can't imagine life without him! We had his 1 year pics taken a little early and there was no way I could wait 2 weeks to post them! He is so grown up now!
This is my favorite! I love the grin on his face. I get that a lot!

He is making car noises cause he is driving! He can be pushing lids and cups across the floor and he has to be making his vroom noises...what a boy!

11 Months Old (A little late)

We went to the dr. today to have his iron re-checked (it was low last month) and he weighed 24 lbs. 4 oz. And his iron is good now! He is getting to be such a big boy and even more of a mess.
I am NOT ready for my little guy to be 1!

He now thinks it's funny not to smile at me when I have the camera out. Really irritating for someone like me who thinks I need to capture everything on camera. I hope he grows out of that phase before his 1 year pics. Until then just get used to smiles from the side when he doesn't know the camera is out :)

We're Back!

We have spent a lot of time this week in this! Tristan and I left Wednesday and went to Waxahachie, spent the night with papa, left Thursday for College Station for 1 night then back to Waxahachie for 2 more nights. It was a long week but we loved getting to spend time with family. We weren't ready to come home on Sunday! He found a tent and tunnel at grandma and papa's house.

Papa will dance! I didn't get a pic of the actual dancing but Tristan thought his papa was pretty darn funny! Papa practiced with him a lot and he finally said papa on the way to College Station! Yay Tristan!!!
