Trying out some new toys!

I got this one out and put it together for Kenzie to use. She is the 4 month old that I started baby sitting this week. Tristan is a little short for it but with the help of a blanket he could push up with his feet and play for a little while. He was having fun until he got a little wild and slammed his face into one of the toys. He wasn't even fazed by it but it scared the crap out of me and I snatched him out of it! He needs a little more control for this one!

Now this one he loved. I got a video but it turned out to fuzzy so a picture will have to do for now. I really need to learn how to use our video camera so I can quit using my phone for videos. When you kick the ball the bears face lights up and he starts singing. The first time he kicked it and it started up it scared him and he gasped. But after that he started cooing at it and singing along.

I know this is a TERRIBLE picture of me but I just had to post it! I thought bubba should join me and daddy at what he sees us doing everyday. So this is his 1st time playing wii! I don't know about him but I sure got a workout.

I think I have created a MONSTER!

Tristan sleeps between Rich and I in our bed in a secure sleeper(so we don't roll over on him etc.) and lately he has been sleeping all night long. I use to have to keep him up until midnight to get him to sleep until 5 am but now he is sleeping from about 10pm to 5am and then back to sleep until 8. Every once in awhile he will wake up fussing and usually all he wants is his binkie. But there are those few times that I can't get him to stop crying quick enough so I lay him in the bed right beside me and cuddle him and he goes right back to sleep. I know this is a bad habit to start but I am tired and hate to hear him cry! Well last night he was crying and the binkie wasn't helping so I like usual got him out of his secure sleeper and snuggled him up beside me and the little turd stopped crying, looked right at me with a big ol' smile and went to sleep immediately! He has me all figured out! I think I have created a MONSTER!

So I might have gotten a little picture happy today!

But who could blame me with such a handsome little boy!
I am amazed at how much he is growing. And how blessed I am to have such a great baby! Our wait was totally worth it.

He is such a sweet boy! He is cooing and talking to us all the time. Oh and drooling like crazy!

I can't believe he is already rolling over! How time flies when your having fun. And he did it twice so it wasn't a fluke. He's growing up so fast!

New Christmas Toy!

Grandma and Papa got him this for Christmas. He loves laying there looking at all the toys.

He kicks his legs and sings when he hears the music play. Even Chooch gets in on the action. He thinks if it squeaks then it must be a dog toy!

He can now hold his head up well enough to sit in his little chair!

Notice he's not smiling here! Well that's cause he just realized that maybe he should be a Noles fan like daddy. At least they don't take you all the way to the National Championship game just to break your heart. It took me a few days to decide if I really wanted to post this pic after the huge upset but he does look pretty cute!
